摘要 阐述了焦作电厂新型一体化脱硫工艺(NID,Novel Integrated Desulphurization)脱硫和布袋除尘系统的构造、原理、运行情况和性能试验,该系统采用增湿灰循环烟气脱硫技术,烟气中的灰尘被过滤后,大部分被收集起来与脱硫剂混合并加湿,重新进入到反应器中,在反应器内保持一定的质量浓度和70℃左右的温度,使得富含脱硫剂的循环灰与含有SO2的锅炉烟气充分接触,其中的SO2被脱除掉,脱硫反应后的烟气由反应器进入布袋除尘器。该系统设备紧凑、占地小,改造后运行稳定,锅炉排放烟气的含硫质量分数、粉尘排放质量浓度等相关参数达到了国家标准。 The structure, principle, operation and performance test of the NID FGD and Bag Filter System in Jiaozuo Power Plant were introduced. The FGD technology with humidlfied-dust circulation was used in this system, with which most humidified-dust mixed with absorbent enter the NID reactor after been filtered. The mixture kept a definite concentration and at about 70 ℃ inside the NID reactor. This made the circulating dust contained absorbent fully contacting with the flue gas well. SO2 in flue gas was removed and the clean flue gas discharged into the bag filter from NID reactor. The system is of compact structure, small coverage and stable operation. The parameters such as SO2 content and dust emission concentration in the exhausted flue gas met the related national standards.
