摘要
以1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢为基材,采用电火花堆焊技术,研究堆焊后微观组织和显微硬度的变化。结果表明,堆焊层晶粒比基体晶粒细小,显微硬度高于基体。电火花堆焊可以改善不锈钢的表面耐磨性。
Regard the 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel as substrate,the change of microstructure and micro-hardness after electro-spark welding was studied by the electric spark technology. The result indicated that, the crystals grain of welding layer was tinier than the substrate's, the micro-hardness was higher than the substrate's. The electric spark welding may improve the wearing resistance of the stainless steel.
