本文介绍一种光缆成缆扎纱工序的机械控制装置，分析了扎纱运动的形成和扎纱张力自动调节的工作原理。推导出纱盘放纱转动角速度的计算公式和用于张力自动调节控制和摩擦绳包角的计算公式。

Our research on integrating optical fiber into smart material and structure is presented in this paper. It includes the integrating method, the technique of embedding optical fiber, the lead out method of embedded fiber and the protection of embedded optical fiber in heating and pressuring process.
