摘要
以恒电流库仑分析法测定了蔬菜中抗坏血酸的含量,以死停终点法指示库仑滴定终点,测定结果与国标规定方法相吻合。该方法与国标方法相对比具有设备简单、快速、灵敏等优点。特别适合含深色样品的测定。
To determine the content of ascorbic acid in vegetables with the constant current coulometry method, dead-stop method was used for the detection of end point of the coulometric titration. The results of detection are identical with the method of international standard. This method is simple, rapid and sensitive in comparison with the international method, especially the detection of dark samples.
