摘要
目的:建立红花黄色素的HPLC指纹图谱分析法,研究红花黄色素的质量。方法:采用梯度洗脱的方法进行色谱分离,对各色谱峰进行数据处理,得出红花黄色素的指纹图谱。结果:各批次的红花黄色素差异很小,共有峰的重现性良好。结论:采用HPLC方法作红花黄色素的指纹图谱,可用于红花黄色素的质量评价。
Objective： To establish chromatographic fingerprint of Safflor Yellow by HPLC in order to control it quality. Methods： The gradient elution mode was applied in chromatographic separation and data were analyzed to develop HPLC fingerprint analysis of Safflor Yellow, Results： Samples from different habitats are of high similarity, and the fingerprint is repeatable. Conclusion： The HPLC fingerprint can be used in quality assessment of Safflor Yellow.
