摘要
目的:建立红花黄色素的HPLC指纹图谱分析法,研究红花黄色素的质量。方法:采用梯度洗脱的方法进行色谱分离,对各色谱峰进行数据处理,得出红花黄色素的指纹图谱。结果:各批次的红花黄色素差异很小,共有峰的重现性良好。结论:采用HPLC方法作红花黄色素的指纹图谱,可用于红花黄色素的质量评价。
Objective: To establish chromatographic fingerprint of Safflor Yellow by HPLC in order to control it quality. Methods: The gradient elution mode was applied in chromatographic separation and data were analyzed to develop HPLC fingerprint analysis of Safflor Yellow, Results: Samples from different habitats are of high similarity, and the fingerprint is repeatable. Conclusion: The HPLC fingerprint can be used in quality assessment of Safflor Yellow.
