杂种优势预测对于杂种优势的利用具有重要意义,然而传统的杂种优势预测方法由于要花费大量的人力、物力和财力,限制了杂种优势的进一步利用。几十年来,育种工作者从亲缘关系、生态类型、生理生化和数量遗传等不同方面,进行了大量的研究,提出了许多预测杂种优势的方法。通过概述有关杂种优势预测,及数量性状、同工酶、分子标记亲本间遗传距离和杂种优势关系的研究现状,对杂种优势预测的发展方向进行了展望。

Heterosis prediction is significant for the. application of Heterosis. Breeders have done much research on it from genetic relationship,ecological types,physiological and biochemical characteristics and quantitative genetics. Many methods have been developed to predict heterosis. This paper has reviewed the progress of heterosis prediction and looked forward to the future direction of heterosis prediction.
