摘要
以黄冠梨为试材,选用单层和双层两种类型的果实袋,在梨花后30d套袋,研究了套袋对果实发育过程中POD和PPO活性变化动态的影响。结果表明:果实发育前期(8月份前),POD、PPO活性对套袋的响应最为敏感。在梨花后45d到成熟的整个发育期内,果实中POD活性的变化动态呈单峰曲线。双层袋套袋能明显提高果实的POD活性水平,而无论单层袋或双层袋均能不同程度地提高果实发育前期的PPO活性水平。此外,两种酶在果实发育过程中的变化动态表现出一定的平行性。
The experiment was conducted to explore the ties of PPO and POD enzymes during the development double- and single-layer paper bags, were employed to showed that both PPO and POD in fruit were sensitive ment (before August). The variation of POD activity in development period spanned from 45d after full bloom influence of bagging on dynamic variation of activi- of pear fruits. In the experiment, two types of bags, sheath young fruits 30 days after full bloom. Results to bagging treatment at early stage of fruit developfruit takes on a single-hump curve during the fruit to harvest. Bagging has significant effect on activity levels of the two enzymes, which was different between two types of bags at different stages of fruit development. Double-layer bag, compared to the single-layer bag and the control, significantly promoted PPO activity in fruits. Bagging treatments with two types of bags both generated a positive influence on PPO activity at the early stage of fruit development. In addition, the dynamic variations of the two enzymes roughly correlated with each other during fruit development.
