摘要
提出一种对于微小楔角的绝对测量方法,这种方法具有很高的系统稳定性和抗干扰能力,测量速度和精度较一般光路也有很大程度的提高。
A method and configuration for measurement a small wedge angle was analyzed and discussed in this paper. It was proved to have highly system stability and ability of antidisturbance by theoretical and experimental,and it is superior to other methods in testing speed and accuracy.
