摘要
提出一种基于Talbot效应的实时计算机莫尔偏废法(Computermoiredeflectometry),它是由光栅,CCD摄像机,计算机像处理器(CIP)构成。CIP用来实时获得、测量和处理由透明和反射物体所产生的光学图像。测量精度10-5。
Cornputer moire deflectometry (CMD) using two gratings, a CCD camera and a cornputer image processor(CIP) is developed. G, grating locates in a Talbot plane. Moire pattern in CMD is obtained with maximum contrast. CIP is used for obtaining, processing and measuring fringes for transparent and reflective object, with accuracy 10-5.
