摘要
目的:观察苦参碱止瘁乳对动物模型的主要药效学。方法:以豚鼠为模型,右后足背剃毛并用粗砂纸擦伤,涂药后在创面处滴磷酸组织胺溶液,至出现豚鼠回头舔右后足止,统计致痒阈值的改变;采用小鼠耳廓二甲苯致炎试验以及大鼠蛋清足跖肿胀法观察其抗炎作用;给大鼠皮肤外用苦参碱止痒乳,连用10d,采用生物组化方法测定动物皮肤P-物质的改变。结果:苦参碱止痒乳局部应用,可以提高动物的致痒阈;明显抑制致炎动物部位的肿胀度;有效降低皮肤P-物质的的含量。结论:苦参碱止痒乳具有抗炎、止痒作用。
Objective: To observe the principal pharmacodynamics of matrine alleviate itching galact in animal models. Method: The cavies were used as models, shaved the right dorsum of foot and brush bum it with eribble yarm paper, the raw surface was covered with the histamine phosphate after application of medicine, until the cavy head backward were tolicked its right metapedes. The change of causing the itch's liminal value were statisted. The inflamed ear of the mouse was caused by dimethyl benzene and the engorged feet of hamster was caused by albumen, its anti-inflammatory action was observed. The rat cuticles were adhibited for ten days, the change of P-matter from animal's cuticles were determined by histochemical methods. Result: The local application of matrine alleviate itching galact can relieve itching. The degree of engorgement can be obviously inhibited. The content of P-matter from cuticles has degraded utility. Conclusion: The matrine alleviate itching galact had the effects of anti-inflammatory and alleviate itching.
