均匀设计法优选保肝醒酒胶囊的醇提工艺

Study on Alcohol Extraction Process of Baoganxingjiu Capsules by Uniform Design

目的：优选保肝醒酒胶囊醇提工艺。方法：以葛根素含量和浸膏得率为指标，采用U9（9^5）均匀试验优选保肝醒酒胶囊醇提工艺。结果：确定最佳醇提工艺为：加10倍量乙醇，回流提取2次，每次1h。验证试验显示，以本工艺制备的保肝醒酒胶囊中葛根素含量和浸膏得率均与理论推测相符。结论：优化的醇提工艺简单易行，适用于实际生产。

Objective： To study the optimum alcohol extracting conditions of BaoganXingjiu Capsules. Method： The content of puerarin and extracted yield of extracta were used as detective index, the extracting process was studied by uniform design of U^9 （9^5 ）. Result： The optimum extracting conditions were as followed：adding ten times alcohol and refluxing extraction for twice, one hour per time. The results showed that the content of puerarin and extracted yield of extracta were accord with the predicted value. Conclusion： The procedures was rational and convenient, and could be used in practical praperation.
