摘要 目的:建立加味藿香正气丸中百秋李醇、厚朴酚、和厚朴酚的GC含量测定方法。方法:色谱柱:Rtx-5柱(30m×0.32mm×0.5μm);以正十八烷为内标;柱温采用程序升温:起始150℃,保持23min,8℃/min升至230℃,保持35min;进样口温度:300℃;检测器(FID)温度:300℃;载气为氮气,流速为1.0ml·min^(-1);进样量1μl,分流比为20:1。结果:百秋李醇在0.082~0.82mg·ml^(-1)浓度范围内,与对照品峰面积与内标峰面积之比值呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.6%(RSD=1.5%,n=6);厚朴酚在0.504~5.04mg·ml^(-1)浓度范围内,与对照品峰面积与内标峰面积之比值呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9996),平均回收率为100.2%(RSD=1.4%,n=6);和厚朴酚在0.254~2.54mg·ml^(-1)浓度范围内,与对照品峰面积与内标峰面积之比值呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9998),平均回收率为100.4%(RSD=1.4%,n=6)结论:该方法简单、准确,可作为加味藿香正气丸的质量控制。 Objective: To establish a method for the determination of Patchotdi Alcohol,Magnolol and Honokiol in Jiaweihuoxiangzhengqi Pills by gas chromatography (GC). Method: Rtx-5 capillary column (30 m ×0.32mm×0.5μm) with flame ionization detector were used, the n-Octadecane was used as the internal standard. The increase of column temperature was controlled by programming : the initial temperature was 150℃ and maintained for 23 min, and then rose at 8 ℃ ·min^-1 up to 230 ℃ for 35 min. The injector temperature and the detector temperature were both 300 ℃. The flow rate was 1.0 ml·min^-l and the injection volumn was 1μl. The split ratio was 20 : 1. Result: The linear ranges of patchouli alcohol, magnolol and honokiol were at 0.082 - 0.82 mg·ml^-1 ( r = 0.999 9 ) 0.0504 - 5.04 ml·min^-1 ( r=0. 999 6) and 0.254 - 2.54 ml·min^-1 ( r = 0. 999 8 ), respectively, the average recoveries ( n =6) were 99.6% 100.2% and 100.4% with RSD 1.5% ,1.4% and 1.4% respectively. Conclusion: The method is simple and accurate, it can be used for qualitv control of Jiaweihuoxianazhengqi Pills.
