Patrick PONTOIZEAU is the executive chef of Le Bistrot Parisien in Beijing Bom in France, Patrick PONTOIZEAU obtained his professional cuisine diploma at the age of 18. Henceforth, he was awarded cuisine master degree and senior training master certificate by the relevant French authorities.
