中国零售业上市公司高层管理团队传记性特征对企业绩效的影响 被引量:4

摘要 国内外实证研究结果证明高管团队传记性特征对企业绩效有显著影响,但国内外研究结论并不相同,而且不同行业其影响也不相同。本文以中国零售业上市公司为样本对高管团队传记性特征与企业绩效的关系进行了实证研究,指出,作为正处于战略变革期的传统劳动密集型产业,零售企业高管团队的平均年龄和年龄异质性与企业长短期绩效显著负相关。
