摘要
蝎毒及其提取物具有抗肿瘤作用近年来得到广泛证实,蝎毒提取物的蛋白成分对肿瘤增殖及转移过程中免疫功能调节具有重要意义。蝎毒及其提取物可活化或提高巨噬细胞、NK细胞、淋巴细胞及树突状细胞功能,并能与放化疗联合产生良好的协同抗肿瘤效应。文章就蝎毒及其提取物对免疫系统的影响及可能的作用机制进行系统阐述。
The antitumor effect of scorpion venom and abstracts has widely been identified. The effect of scorpion venom and abstracts on immunity during tumor proliferation and metastasis is significantly important. Evidences showed that scorpion venom and abstracts could affect the function of maerophage, lymphocyte, NK cell and dendritic cell, and had excellently antitumor effect in coordination with chemotherapy and radiotherapy. The aim of this paper is to review the effect of scorpion venom and abstracts on immunity and mechanism.
