摘要
传统上,教育公益性是从教育的提供方式来理解的。随着营利性教育的出现,产生了教育公益性与营利性的矛盾。从大教育观的视角出发,教育应被看成是一个从提供到产生结果的动态过程,并由此产生了与教育的提供相关的公益性问题、与教育的进行相关的公益性问题以及与教育的结果相关的公益性问题。这种理解方式,使教育公益性与营利性的矛盾得以化解,不仅最大限度地实现了教育公益,而且也使营利性教育得到了限制。
Traditionally, people understand the public warfare of education by the way education is offered, but with the appearance of profit-making education came along the contradiction between the public warfare and profit making of education. From the perspective of macro education, education should be regarded as a dynamic process from offer to result, thus the issues of public warfare closely related to education, to the process of education and to the result of education respectively. This kind of understanding has resolved the contradiction between the public warfare and profit making of education, not only realizing the public warfare of education to the full, but limiting the profit-making education.
