摘要
中国目前有中小学教师1000多万人,其中80%多在县镇以下农村地区任教;广大农村教师支撑着中国教育的大半壁江山。直面这个十分重要而又独特的教师群体,近年来中国学界对农村教师教育及其专业发展问题逐日关注,呈现出一些值得透视的研究新动向,主要是:农村教师专业发展概念的提出与诠释;聚焦农村教师专业发展面临的问题与挑战,如农村地区"教师教育边缘化"问题;促进农村教师专业发展的对策与建议,旨在构建人民满意的农村教师队伍,提高农村教育质量。
In current China there are 10 millions of primary school and middle school teachers of whom more than 80% are teaching in the rural areas smaller than the counties and towns. It is these rural teachers who are supporting most of Chinese education. In the recent years Chinese academic circle has paid more and more attention to the special but important teacher group with focus on the rural teacher education and the teachers' profession development. New trend of research has been towards the advancement and interpretation of concept of teacher profession development in the rural areas, problems and challenges in the teacher profession development such as the problem of teacher education at the edge as well as the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the rural teacher profession development with the aim of building a group of satisfying rural teachers and improving the quality of rural education.
