摘要
采用高效液相色谱法测定天麻胶囊中天麻素的含量。色谱柱：Shim-pack VP-ODS C18;流动相：乙腈-0.3%磷酸溶液（1∶99）;流速：0.8mL.min^-1;检测波长：221nm;柱温：35℃;进样量：10μL。天麻素在5-250μg·mL^-1浓度范围内线性关系良好（r=0.9999）;平均回收率为99.91%,RSD=0.3%（n=9）。本方法简便、准确、重现性好。
A method for the determination of Gastrodin in Tianma Capsules by HPLC was established.A Shim-pack VP-ODS C18column was used with acetonitrile-0.3% phosphoric acid（1∶99） as mobile phase.The flow rate was 0.8mL.min-1.Content was detected at the wavelength of 221nm.The linear range was 5-250μg.mL-1（r= 0.9999）.The average recovery rate was 99.91%,RSD=0.3%（n=9）.The method is simple,accurate and reproductive.
