摘要
建立了测定维酶素片中维生素B2含量的HPLC法。采用Hypersil BDS C18色谱柱,以含0.5%三乙胺的1%醋酸溶液（用冰醋酸调节pH值为4.0±0.05）-甲醇（70∶30）为流动相,流速为1.0mL·min^-1,检测波长为444nm。维生素B2在0.05356-5.356μg范围内线性关系良好（r=1.0000）,平均回收率为99.13%（n=9）,RSD为0.69%。
A HPLC method for the determination of Vitamin B2 in Vitacoenzyme Tablets was established.A Hypersil BDS C18column was used,with 1% Acetic Acid of 0.5% Triethylamine（adjusting to pH 4.0±0.05 by Acetic Acid Glacial）-methanol（70∶30） as mobile phase,at the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min^-1.The detective wavelength was at 444nm.It had a good linearity in the range of 0.05356-5.356μg（r=1.0000）.The average recovery was 99.13%（n=9） with RSD of 0.69%.
