摘要
对近年来有关格列吡嗪不良反应的文献资料进行归纳,其少见的不良反应包括过敏反应、肝内淤胆、粒细胞缺乏症、低血糖、乳腺增生等。
The article incluced the recent literatures which related to adverse effects of Glipizide,some rare adverse effects are also included： allergic reaction,cholestasis,agranuloeytosis,hypoglycaemia,mastopathy.
