从“融冰”到“春暖”——2007年中日关系回顾与展望

From "Ice-thawing" to "Warm-spring"——Retrospect and Prospect of the Sino-Japanese Relations in 2007

中日关系正经历着十分重要的历史转折时期。21世纪初,小泉执政期间中日政治关系僵冷。继2006年安倍首相访华的"破冰之旅"后,2007年温家宝总理访日的"融冰之旅"和福田康夫首相访华的"迎春之旅",成为过去一年国际关系中举世瞩目的大事。可以相信,今年4月,胡锦涛主席访日将成为一次"春暖之旅",继续推动中日关系升温。今年将是中日关系飞跃发展的机遇之年,但也会遇到挑战,需要中日双方继续努力,迎接2012年中日邦交正常化40周年,实现两国关系的新飞跃。

The Sino-Japanese relations are undergoing tremendous changes.After the 'Ice-breaking' visit by Abe in 2006,the 'Ice-thawing' visit by Premier Wen Jiabao and the 'Spring-ushering' visit by Prime Minister Fukuda have become the important events that caught the world's attention in the past year.One can believe that the coming visit to Japan by President Hu Jintao this April will be a 'Warm-spring' visit,which will further boost the Sino-Japanese relations.Fukuda's friendly policies towards China reflected some profound structural changes both in and outside Japan.This year will be a year full of opportunities for fast development of the Sino-Japanese relations and a year full of challenges which call for both China and Japan to make further common efforts to meet with.
