摘要
对32例伴有张力型腹水的肝硬化患者,在腹水消失前后,用B超进行了门脾静脉内径及脾脏厚度的测定。结果表明:门静脉内径及脾脏厚度无明显变化(P>0.05),而脾静脉内径却在腹水消失后有增宽的趋势(P<0.05)。本文对形成上述现象的原因进行了探讨。
There were 32 case.s of cirrhotic patients with tense ascites, The diameter of portal and splenic vein and thickness of spleen were examined before and after the ascites disapear. The results indicated that the diameter of portal vein and the thickness of spleen did not change (P>0.05), but the diameter of splenic vein increased significantly (P<0.05) after the ascites was eliminated. The mechanism inducing this phenomenon was discussed.
