菊花提取物抗肿瘤作用的研究进展 被引量:18

摘要 菊花提取物中含有多种抗肿瘤成分,如木犀草素、芹菜素以及小白菊内酯等。其抗肿瘤的主要作用机制包括抑制肿瘤细胞生长,抑制恶性肿瘤细胞的侵袭、转移,增强肿瘤细胞对化疗药物的敏感性,以及抗氧化、抗诱变,增强免疫功能等。菊花具有潜在的抗肿瘤价值,可进行进一步的研究以拓展其应用,为恶性肿瘤的临床治疗提供新的思路。
