摘要
本文根据全球价值链理论在全球范围的应用研究,将该理论导入建筑工程承包领域,以一种新的管理视角观察并分析了工程承包产业链各价值创造与增值环节在经济全球化背景下的优化与重组。文章基于各产业经济活动的一致性,定义了工程承包全球价值链,分析了该价值链的驱动机制,并以我国的国家体育场这一国际工程的运作过程为例进行实证分析,对我国承包商开拓国际市场的模式进行了积极的探索。
According to the application research of Global Value Chain theory in the world, this article introduces the theory into the field of construction project contract, observes and analyzes the value creating, increasing links' optimization and regroup on the industry chain in the context of globalization with a new management perspective. Based on the economic activities' consistency of various industries, this article gives a definition of project contract global value chain, and analyzes the drive mechanism of the chain, and also takes the international project, China National Stadium, operation process as an example of empirical research, makes a positive probe on the mode of opening up international market for Chinese contractors.
