燕麦麸非淀粉多糖提取工艺的研究 被引量:5

摘要 采用酶-水溶液和碱溶液提取法进行了燕麦麸非淀粉多糖提取工艺研究。通过正交试验得到燕麦麸水溶性非淀粉多糖(S—NSP)和水不溶性非淀粉多糖(I—NSP)的优化工艺参数,在此条件下S—NSP的得率9.12%,提取率81.5%;I—NSP的得率10.91%,提取率94.6%。
