Traditional Acupoint pressing Therapy for Derangement Syndrome of Small Jionts in Thoracic Vertebrae:A Clinical Report of 23 Cases

应用传统点穴法治疗胸椎小关节紊乱综合征，临床总结２３例，治愈率为５６．５２％，显效率为３０．４３％。证实其调节和改善气血循行状态的作用显著，通过手法刺激使经络疏通，气血流畅，以达到“通则不痛”之目的。

The traditional acupoint pressing therapy was used for treating 23 cases of derangement syndrome of small jionts in thoracic vertebrae.The cure rate was 56.52%,and the obviously effective rate was 30.43%.The result indicates that the therapy has the remarkable effect on regulating and improving blood circulation.The stimulation of the manipulation can stop the pain by dredging the channels and making the free circulation of Qi and blood.
