摘要
研究了Lewis酸在Suzuki反应中的促进作用,考察了Lewis酸、溶剂及碱性试剂对目的产物收率的影响,并优化了反应条件。结果表明,FeCl3·6H2O对Suzuki反应有明显的助催化作用。当采用乙醇作溶剂,K2CO3作碱性试剂,在溴苯和苯硼酸反应体系中加入FeCl3·6H2O后,联苯产率由56%增加至88%。
The rate enhancement in homogeneous Suzuki reaction by Lewis acid has been investigated. The effects of Lewis acid, solvent and base on the yields of object product have been also studied, and the reaction conditions are optimized. Significant enhancement has been achieved when a catalytic amount of FeCI3 "6H20 is used. The yields of biphenyl increased from 56 % to 88 % in the presence of ethanol as solvent,K2CO3 as base and FeCl3·6H2O as catalytic promoter.
