摘要
直接以廉价的外消旋乳酸(D,L-LA)为原料,以氧化亚锡为催化剂,采用熔融聚合法合成了高分子抗氧化剂聚乳酸-维生素E共聚物。考察了不同投料比对共聚物的影响。所得高分子维生素E酯均为固体,重均分子质量(Mw)均在3200g/mol以上,玻璃化温度都低于均聚物聚外消旋乳酸(PDLLA),熔点都接近PDLLA。
Using cheap D, L-lactic acid ( D, L-LA) as material,and SnO as catalyst, polymeric antioxidant poly ( D, Llactide-tocopherol) is directly synthesized via the melt copolycondensation. The effects of different feed molar ratio are discussed. The synthesized polymeric vitamin E esters are white powder, and have suitable molecular weights. Its all weightaverage molecular weight can be higher than 3 200 g/tool. The glass-transition temperature of copolymers can be lower than that of homopolymer poly( D, L-lactic acid) (PDLLA) ,and the melting temperature (Tm) is similar to that of PDLLA.
