摘要
对我国目前合成法小苏打生产工艺的现状进行了介绍与分析,指出了该工艺存在的不足。在此基础上,根据企业生产实际和实验研究结果,提出了一种新的低温制碱生产工艺。该工艺通过加入高纯度纯碱和硫化钠来改变原工艺的化碱过程,新工艺在国内某企业5万t/aNaHCO3生产装置应用结果表明,新工艺大大降低了产品成本与能耗,提高了产品质量与细粉比例,从而获得了显著的经济效益。
The present process for Sodium bicarbonate production by synthesis in China is introduced and analyzed, and some problems which exist in the process are pointed out. A novel process for sodium bicarbonate preparation is proposed, in which the temperature of preparing alkali liquid is low by adding high purity of Na2NO3 and Na2S. The new process is industrialized in an enterprise with NaHCO3 production capacity of 50 kt/a,and the result indicates that the new process could decrease the production cost and the energy consumption greatly, and increase the pmportion of tiny granule powder and the quality of product,and the economic benefit is thus obtained evidently.
