肾上腺髓质素前体在高血压时的变化

摘要 本文应用特异性放免方法了自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)及原发性高血压患者(EH)组织及血浆肾上腺髓质素前体(proADM153-185)含量。结果显示:SHR血管条proADM153-185明显 对照组Wistar大鼠(220.6±2.6vs178.2±2.3pg-mgww)而血交proADM153-185明显低于对照组(14.9±2.5vs31.6±1.6pg/ml),肺、肺肾、左室。 Radioimmunoassay for human proadrenomedullin 153~185 (pro ADM 153~185)has been established and distribution and characterization of immunoreactive pro ADM 153~185 inspotaneously hypertensive rat tissue (SHR) and essential hypertensive patients plasma were inves-tigated. Results showed: the leves of pro ADM 153~185 in aortic strip tissue were much higherin SHR than in Wistar(220. 6±2. 6 vs 178. 2 ± 2. 3); the levels of plasma pro ADM 153~185were much lower in SHR than in Wistar (14. 9±2. 5 vs 31. 6± 1. 6 pg/ml); there was no statisti-cal difference of the contents of pro ADM 153~185 in lung, kidney, left atrium, left ventricle tis-sue between the both groups. The contents of plasma pro ADM 153~185 were much lower in EHpatients than in normal control group (126. 5±5. 0 vs 167±5. 1) and also the more severe the hy-pertensive classes were, the lower the levels of plasma pro ADM 153~185 were.
