摘要
六亚甲基二乙酰胺(Hexamethylene Bisacetamide,HMBA)是一小分子量平面极性化合物,作为分化诱导剂,它能诱导鼠红白血病细胞(MELC)合成血红蛋白,诱导人早幼粒白血病细胞(HL-60)成为成热粒细胞,诱导多种实体癌细胞分化.本实验用HMBA对人涎腺粘液表皮样癌细胞系MEC-1细胞进行体外诱导,经细胞生长动力学、细胞形态学、DNA含量及染色体等观察,结果显示,在HMBA作用下MEC-1细胞有向成热细胞分化的趋势.
Hexamethylene bisacetamide (HMBA) is a polarplanar compound. As a inducer, itcan not only induce murine erythroleukemic cells (MELC) to produce hemoglobin, induce humanpromyelocytic leukemia cells (HL-60) to form mature myeloid cells, but also induce many solid tu-mor cells to differentiate. In this study, human mucoepidermoid carcinoma cell line MEC-1 cellswere treated with lmM of HMBA in vitro. The biological and morphological changes, DNA con-tent and chromosome analyses of the cells indicated that human mucoepidermoid corcinoma cellstend to become mature cells by treatment of HMBA, implying HMBA can induce differentiation ofMEC-1 cells in vitro.
