有内分泌分化的直肠癌p53蛋白的表达

EXPRESSION OF P53 PROTEIN IN RECTAL CARCINOMA WITH ENDOCRINE DIFFERENTIATION

研究直肠癌内分泌分化与ｐ５３蛋白表达的关系及意义。采用免疫组织化学ＡＢＣ法检测４４例活检直肠癌组织嗜铬蛋白Ａ（ＣＧＡ）及Ｐ５３蛋白的表达，并分析它们与肿瘤分化程度之间的关系。结果显示Ｐ５３、ＣＧＡ阳性表达率分别为６８．２％（３０／４４）和３８．６％（１７／４４）；ＣＧＡ阳性及阴性病例Ｐ５３表达率分别为８８．２％（１５／１７）和５５．６％（１５／２７），两组比较Ｐ＜０．０２５（χ２检验）；Ｐ５３、ＣＧＡ在分化差的直肠癌中的表达呈增高趋势，但差异无显著性。Ｐ５３肿瘤抑制基因的变化在直肠癌的内分泌分化过程中可能发挥重要作用。

In order to elucidate significance relationship among P53 protein expression, endocrine differentiation and degree of histologic differentiation in rectal carinomas, the expressions of chromogranin A(CGA) and P53 protein in 44 biopsy samples of rectal cancers were detected with the immunohistochemistry. In addition, the accumulation of P53 protein in the samples with or without CGA positive tumor cells were also investigated. The postive expression of P53 and CGA in the cancerous lesions were 68 2%(30/44) and 38 6%(17/44),respectively. The expressive rate of P53 protein in samples with CGA positive rectal cancers was 88 2%(15/17) and GA negative cancers 55 6%(15/27).The diffenrence of P53 expression between the two groups was significant ( P <0 025,χ 2test). There was an increased trend in expression of P53 and CGA in the poor differentiation cancerous lesions,however,there was no significance diffecent. The study showed that the inaction of P53 tumor suppressor gene may play an important role in the endocrine differentiation of human rectal carcinomas
