肺靶向利福平聚乳酸微球的研制

摘要 采用分散-溶媒扩散法制备肺靶向利福平聚乳酸微球,考察了不同因素对微球粒径大小及分布的影响:分散搅拌速度加快,粒径减小;聚乳酸、利福平浓度升高,粒径增大;有机溶剂对粒径的作用取决于其与甘油的相溶性。相溶性高,粒径小,吐温-80不溶于甘油,因而不影响微球粒径。 Rifampicin polylactic acid microspheres for lung targeting were prepared by using dispersion solvent diffusion method.The effect of different preparative variables on particle size and size distribution was studied.Increasing stirring rate was found to reduce microsphere size.Microsphere size could be increased by enhancing the concentration of polylactic acid and rifampicin.The effect of organic solvent on microsphere size depened on its solubility in glycerin,the higher the solubility,the smaller the particle size.Tween 80 could not dissolve in glycerin and didn't show any surfacant function,thus had no effect on microsphere size.
