血肿消口服液治疗高血压性脑出血临床观察

Curative Effect Observation of Oral Liquor of Eliminating Haematoma (血肿消口服液) on Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage

目的:观察血肿消口服液治疗高血压性脑出血的临床疗效。方法:随机将60例临床诊断为高血压性脑出血患者分为两组,治疗组30例予血肿消口服液,对照组30例予脑血康口服液,两组均配合早期康复治疗及西医内科基础治疗,通过血肿体积、血肿吸收率、脑水肿程度来评价治疗效果,疗程28天。结果:治疗后两组血肿体积均缩小(P<0.01),治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组在减轻脑水肿方面优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:化瘀泄浊解毒法治疗高血压性脑出血具有良好疗效。

Objective： To observe the curative effect of oral liquor of eliminating haematoma （ 血肿消口服液） on hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Method： 60 cases of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were selected and divided into 2 groups randomly. 30 cases in the treatment group were treated with oral liquor of eliminating haematoma, and 30 cases in the control group were treated with oral liquor of healing cerebral hemorrhage （ 血肿消口服液 ）. The course of treatment was 28 days. The two groups were all treated by basic therapy of early rehabilitation and western internal medicine. To estimate the curative effect was by haematoma volume, haematoma absorbance and cerebral edema. Result： After treatment haematoma volumes grew downwards in the two groups （P 〈 0. 01 ）, but in the treatment group was better than in the control group significantly （P 〈 0. 05 ）. In lightening cerebral edema the treatment group was also better than the control group （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion ： The curative effect of method of dissolving stasis to disperse turbidity and neutralize poison on hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage is good and reliable.
