摘要
为了解决H型钢轧制缺陷问题,优化工艺方案,借助于有限元分析软件MSC.Marc2003,建立H型钢的轧制模型,模拟轧制过程,并分析了轧件的变形和金属流动情况和翼缘的等效总应变的分布。其模拟结果与实测数据基本吻合。
For solving the defect problem in the rolling of H-beam and optimization technology, with the aid of finite element analysis soRware, MSC.Marc2003, the paper establishes the rolling mold of H-beam, simulates the process of rolling, and analyzes the deformation of the H-beam and the distribution of equivalent total strain of the flange. The numerical simulation results are in accord with the practical date.
