复方决明降压胶囊中大黄酚的含量测定

Determination of Cont.of Chrysophanol in Complex-prescription Capsule of Cassia Obtusifolia L to Lower Blood Pressure (复方决明降压胶囊) with High Efficiency Liquid Chromatography

目的：应用高效液相色谱法测定复方决明降压胶囊中大黄酚的含量。方法：采用Symmetry C18色谱柱（4．6mm×250mm），以甲醇-0．1％磷酸（85：15）为流动相，流速1mL·min^-1，检测波长254nm。结果：大黄酚的线性范围为0．096-0．480mg，r=0．9999；平均回收率为100．36％（RSD=2．34％）。结论：该方法简便、准确，可作为复方决明降压胶囊的质量控制的依据。

Objective： To set up the determining chrysophanol process in Complex -prescription Capsule of Cassia obtusifolia L to lower blood pressure with high efficiency liquid chromatography. Method： Symmetry C18 chromatographic column （4. 6 mm ×250 mm） was adopted. Methanol - 0. 1% orthophosphoric acid （ 85 ： 15 ） had been used as mobile phase, the flow rate was 1 mL · min^-1, and the detecting wave length was 254nm. Result： The linear range of chrysophanol was 0. 096 - 0. 480 mg, r = 0. 9999, and the average recovery was 100.36% （RSD =2. 34% ）. Conclusion： The process is convenient and exact, and can be as basis of quality control for Complex - prescription Capsule of Cassia obtusifolia L to lower blood pressure.
