酸泵机械密封损坏原因分析及改造措施

针对唐钢冷轧薄板厂进口耐酸泵双端面机械密封频繁损坏的原因进行分析和研究,提出了改造措施:对机械密封的静环,静支环和垫片,前置轴套及材质选用进行了改进,改造实施12个月后效果明显,延长了设备使用寿命,显著提高设备作业率。

Analysis and research the cause for double face frequency defective of that imported anti-acid pump in cold reduced sheet plant of Tang-Steel. Issue the improvements： renew and choice materials for the mechanical sealing of calm and branch calm rings as well as adding liner even leading axle sleeve, therefore, extension the lifetime of the equipments and raising plant availability coefficient.
