介绍了LPC10e的编码原理及用VB语言实现其编码的方法,分析了该编码在数字化语音通信干扰效果客观评估判据研究中的应用。
The principle of LPC10e coding and programming method using VB language are introduced. Application in criterion research on jamming effectiveness objective evaluation of digital phonetic communication is analyzed.
