介绍了止痒灵的处方及制备，并采用聚酰胺柱层析分离提取，高效液相色谱法测定止痒灵冲剂中黄芩苷的含量。以ＯＤＳ为固定相，甲醇－水－磷酸（５３∶４７∶０．２）为流动相，检测波长２７６ｎｍ，线性范围０．０８～０．４０μｇ，平均回收率为９６．５９％，ＲＳＤ＝０．８１％

Prescription and preparation of ziyanlin was introduced.The preparation was separated by polyamide column chromatography (PCC),high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was used for the determination of the content of baicalin in the ziyanglin granules.HPLC analysis was carried out by using ODS column and methanol water phosphoric acid (53∶47∶0.2) as the mobile phase.The detection wavelength was 276nm,liner range was between 0.08￣0.04μg,the average recovery was 96.6%, RSD =0.8%.
