摘要
大学生心理危机导致的恶性事件频频发生,本文指出大学生休闲教育的缺失是导致大学生心理危机的重要因素。本文利用压力模型比较了传统解决方法与休闲教育在应对大学生心理危机中的不同作用,并就休闲教育在高校的实施提出了一些看法和建议。
Vicious events caused by psychological crisis among undergraduates are increasingly happening. The paper pointed that the absence of leisure education in college is the main cause of the crisis. The paper made a comparison between the traditional solution and the leisure on the basis of putting forward the stress model, and some opinions and suggestions about how to implement leisure education in college were put forward in the paper.
