参芪扶正注射液在脑转移瘤化疗中辅助作用的疗效观察

Effect of Shenqi Fuzheng injection combined with chemotherapy in treatment of brain metastasis

目的:观察参芪扶正注射液在辅助脑转移瘤患者化疗中的临床疗效。方法:将68例脑转移瘤患者随机分为两组,参芪加化疗组(治疗组)36例,单用化疗组(对照组)32例,两组均观察3个周期。结果:两组近期疗效比较差异无显著性,但治疗组生活质量较对照组有明显改善,并且治疗组患者的机体免疫功能有所提高。结论:在化疗同时配合使用参芪扶正注射液,可提高患者免疫功能,改善全身状态,增强患者对化疗的耐受性,从而提高疗效和患者的生存质量。

OBJECTIVE To assess tbe clinical effect of Shenqi Fuzbeng injection combined with chemotherapy in treating of brain metastasis, METHODS 68 cases were divided into 2 groups randomly, 36 cases in the combined therapy group： 32 cases in the chemotherapy group. Two groups were observed for 3 cycles. RESULTS The clinical effect of two groups was not different in the efficacy, but improvement in life quality and immune function in the combined therapy group was greater than in the chemotherapy group. CONCLUSION Shenqi Fuzheng injection combined with chemotherapy can enhance immune function and improve the patients life quality.
