摘要
文中主要介绍了有效磷研究方法的进展以及有效磷的预测模型。同位素稀释技术、体外溶解度法、差量法、一元梯度回归法都可用于有效磷的评定,二元梯度回归法是最新的也是最先进的方法。有效磷可以用饲料中总磷、植酸磷含量和植酸酶活性建立回归方程来预测,对饲料分类建立预测模型可以提高预测的准确性。
The advance in research method of available phosphorus and predictive model of available phosphorus were introduced in the article. Isotope dilution technique, in vitro dissolubility method, difference technique, once regression analysis technique and twice regression analysis technique can be used to evaluate the available phosphorus, and the last method is the newest and the most advanced. The regression equation made of the content of total phosphorus and phytic phosphorus and the activity of phytase also can be used to predict available phosphorus, and the accuracy of prediction model made by classified feed was better.
