自然资源安全评价指标体系构建研究

The research on constructing the evaluate system of natural resource security

本文提出了自然资源安全的概念,在明确影响自然资源安全的主要因素基础上,构建了包含7个一级指标、23个二级指标的自然资源安全评价指标体系,划分了评价等级并给出了相应的分值和计算办法。

In this paper, the concept of the natural resource security has been put forward in this paper. On the basis of clearing the main factors of the natural resource security, the evaluating system which includes 7 first-degree index and 23 second -degree index is constructed, and Assessment grade is classified, and meanwhile, the score values and specific calculation method are given in this paper.
