摘要
通过观察凋亡细胞的核形态及特征DNA梯形图谱(DNAladder).研究了氧化修饰低密度脂蛋白(Ox-LDL)诱导的巨噬细胞凋亡。结果显示:Ox-LDL可引起明显的巨噬细胞凋亡,表现在Ox-LDL处理的细胞核发生固缩,染色体DNA断裂的凝胶电泳图谱呈典型的梯形,正常和乙酰化LDL(N-LDL和AC-LDL)未引起明显的巨噬细胞凋亡。Ox-LDL引起的巨噬细胞凋亡具有浓度和时间效应且与其修饰程度有关,修饰程度越高,引起凋亡越明显.
Apoptosis in macrophages induced by oxidized low density lipoprotein(Ox-LDL)was studied by observing the condensation of cell nucleus and DNA ladder of apoptotic cells. The results showed that OxLDL could induce apoptosis in macrophages,which was characterized by the condensation of cell nucleus and appearance of the classical DNA ladder;meanwhile native LDL and acetylated LDL did not cause apparent apoptosis. .Apoptosis induced by Ox-LDL was concentration- and time-dependent,and also related with the extent of modification. The higher the extent of modification,the clearer the apoptosis.
