Based on the engineering practice of the roads and bridges on Sanwan Road of Shashi District in Jinzhou City of Hubei Province,the article introduces the varying degrees of the cracking or breaking possibly arising in the construction of the cement concrete roads,analyzes the cause of the cracking or breaking and puts forward the relative preventing measures.
