摘要
介绍了扁宽型材窗台板系列的几种典型型材的模具设计方法,并针对挤压制品存在的诸多问题,对模具结构的设计进行了多次改进和试生产,从而使这种扁宽条型材顺利挤压成型,并形成大批量生产,同时提高了模具的使用寿命。
Die design methods of several typical profiles of windowsill series for flat and wide profile were introduced simply in the paper. In view of the problems existed in extruded products, die structures had been improved and commissioned repeatedly, such that this kind of profiles could be extruded smoothly, and batch production can be obtained. Service life of the die can be improved as well.
