This paper discusses the rising of the Central Regions on the background of globalization and high rapid economic growth of China. Thus, the Central Region can leam from the experiences of East region and other countries. We examine the late-development advantages of the Central Regions and the design the institutions. The regional innovation and cooperation is the best path choice for the rising of the Central Region.
