摘要
对X2105C—1柴油机的曲轴进行了三维疲劳强度分析,得到了曲轴应力-应变的分布情况,所得的应力分布规律与实际较为吻合,并进一步计算了曲轴在交变载荷下的安全系数,分析结果将为曲轴的进一步优化设计提供了理论依据。
3D fatigue analysis on crankshaft of X2105C-1 diesel is carried out. Stress distribution and deformation distribution under fatigued load are gained which are corresponding with actual experimental results. Safety factor based on the 3D fatigue analysis results is further calculated. These analysis results provide theoretical support for further optimum design.
