摘要
为达到改善颅面部凹陷畸形，矫正咬合关系的目的，我们选用危险性较大、手术过程较为复杂的ＬｅＦｏｒｔⅢ型截骨术，前移颅面骨块，并观察颅面结构和牙关系的改善与变化。２１例截骨手术结果显示，全部患者颅面部外形都得到改善。本术式适于Ｃｒｏｕｚｏｎ综合征及Ａｐｅｒｔ综合征。
In order to correct craniofacial retrusion and malocculusion caused by Crouzon syndrome, we employed LeFortⅢ advancement osteotomies in 21 cases in last 10 years. The differences between craniofacial appearances and cephalometric analyses pre and postoperatively showed that good results were achieved in all cases. No severe complications in these series were found.
