摘要
对影响曝气生物滤池硝化性能的因素进行分析,并在对目前相关研究资料分析综合的基础上,提出了优化曝气生物滤池硝化性能的控制方法以及工艺参数的适宜范围:BAF的滤料粒径2—3mm为宜,BAF运行应尽可能地使用较大的滤速,适宜的气水比为3:1,温度为25—30℃,填料层的高度2m左右比较适宜,不需要太高。对于去碳和硝化作用在同一滤池内进行的BAF,进水有机负荷(BOD)应该低于3.0kg/(m^3·d),而对于两段BAF,应控制去碳滤池出水的COD浓度小于60mg/L。
In this paper, influencing factors on nitrification efficiency in BAF have been analyzed and a lot of their relevant researches have also been analyzed and summarized. Some controling methods and the optimal scope of the operating parameters have also been proposed, suitable media diameter is between 2 mm and 3 mm, higher water velocity should be adopted in the operation of BAF, appropriate gas and water ratio is 3 : 1, suitable temperature is between 25℃ and 30℃, media height should not be too high, appropriate height is about 2 m. Organic load(BOD) in the influent should below 3. 0 kg/(m^3 · d) in BAF that earbon oxidation and nitrification take place in the same reactor, for twostage BAF, the COD concentration in the effluent of the carbon oxidation reactor should be controlled under 60 mg/L.
